1.  Your coach contacts me and we schedule a date & time that works best for your team (and I).

2.  Everyone shows up all glammed & fabulous with their order form which was given to them prior to picture day & their preferred method of payment.  Prints and digital images can be purchased by cash, check, or Venmo.

3.  All team members will have their individual pictures taken regardless of whether they are purchasing prints/digitals or not.  And don’t worry, I’ll be sure to put you in the most flattering pose so you look your best!  I’ll even show you the back of my camera so you can see what I see.

4.  Once everyone has had their individual picture taken, I will arrange and photograph the group shot.  This is usually the first time you’re able to see your team all together, in killer poses and looking GORGEOUS!  My absolute favorite part is getting to show the team their images on the back of my camera.  Lots of screams, smiles & laughter!  I thrive on those moments!

5.  After the team group shot, if you are wanting other groupings like all the different classes together (Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, Freshmen) or maybe just you and your closest friends, we can do that too.

6.  Then I get to work uploading the images, editing, creating collages, ordering prints, and getting ready to deliver digital images online.  My turnaround time is between 2-4 weeks.
